Danny E. Spink, 68 of Sioux City, died Monday, June 10, 2013 in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Services will be held 11 am Wednesday, June 19th at Westminster Presbyterian Church with Chaplain Lorna Peters officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation 4-8 pm Tuesday at the church, with the family present 6-8 pm and a prayer service at 7:15 pm. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service. Danny Eugene Spink was born on June 18, 1944 in Sioux City, the son of Arthur and Bernice (Horton) Spink. On June 5, 1965 he was married to Nancy Jorgensen. They were later divorced.

Danny worked for John Morrell & Co. for many years until its closing, and then drove for Flatbed Services in Sioux City. He was currently driving for Gunther Trucking

Danny liked to work on cars, ride his motorcycle, camp, fish and especially spend time with his only grand daughter, Melissa.

Danny is survived by his son Michael Spink; his granddaughter Melissa Spink; his mother Bernice Spink; two sisters, Cheryl and her husband Robert Nagler of Surprise, Arizona and Vicki and her husband Marvin Jessen of Sioux City.

He was preceded in death by his father.
