Dannell Kay Beavers, passed away on October 30, 2025, in Sioux City, Iowa. A Celebration of Dannell's Life will be held at Jim's I-29 Saturday Nov. 8, 2025 from 2:00pm-6:00pm.
Dannell was born on December 20, 1949, in Council Bluffs, Iowa the daughter of Daniel and Dorothy (Alley) Myers.
Dannell graduated from Riverside High School. She worked at Zenith and later AALF Manufacturing and then Royal Canine, where she worked until her retirement in 2016. In addition to her primary career, she also worked as a bartender at various local bars throughout the years.
On August 13, 1966, Dannell was united in married Charles Beavers in Sioux City,
Dannell was not only a devoted wife but also a loving mother and grandmother. In her leisure, Dannell found joy in playing cards, shopping, and spending time with her family, especially her children and grandkids. She was also grandma to her grandchildren's friends.
She is survived by her daughters, Jeraldine Colt and Jamie Beavers, her grandchildren, Tori Rainbow, Travis (Ashley) Colt, and Tara (Austin) Anderson, and many great grandchildren. Additionally, she is survived by her brother, Roger (Judy) Myers, and sister, Deanna (Bill) Cook.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Charles, and sister Sandy Undine.
