Our beloved Danielle Dolan (Pearson), 46, of Sioux City, Iowa, tragically passed away on Sunday morning, August 25, 2024. A private family service will be held.  Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Danielle was born on June 10, 1978, in Sioux City, Iowa to David and Karen (Nissen) Pearson. Danielle graduated from South Sioux City High School in 1996. She continued her education and graduated with a Bachelor of Science  degree. Continuing her education at St. Lukes, she graduated with a Radiologist Tech degree. She worked at Burgess Health Center in Onawa and then at Mercy Medical Center.

Danielle married Mac Dolan on May 20th, 2006, at Latham Park in Sioux City, Iowa. They had three wonderful children; Dalany Dolan, Maclayne Dolan and Kash Olson. Danielle and Mac divorced in 2008.

Danielle loved Marilyn Monroe because of her elegance, class, sass and fashion. No one could match the charm and beauty that she had. We believe this also describes Danielle and the tattoos she had that represented her favorite icon, Marilyn Monroe. Danielle and Marilyn said "Give a girl a good pair of shoes and she can conquer the world". Danielle attended many concerts; enjoying the music of Johnny Cash, Zac Brown Band and Pink and traveling to many beautiful places with family and friends where she made lots of memories.

Those left to honor Danielle's memory include her parents; David Pearson and Karen Stuart Nissen, children; Dalany Dolan, Maclayne Dolan and Kash Olson (Dougie Olson); brother, Drew, his wife Cathie and their children Hayli, Makenzi, Grayci, Tracen, and Trenna.

Danielle is preceded in death by her grandparents; Naomi and Ward Butcher, Jackie and Wayne Nissen and John Pearson and her beloved dog Marilyn.
