Obituary
Daniel P. “Dano” Authier, 31 of Sioux City, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2011 at a Sioux City hospital after a long illness.
A celebration of his life will be held from 1-3 pm Saturday at Waterbury Funeral Service in Sergeant Bluff.
Daniel was born on October 5, 1980 in Sioux City, the son of Rick and Helen (Duffy) Authier. Dano had a great sense of humor and loved to spend time with his family and friends. He had worked the past 14 years at Applebee’s on Hamilton.
Daniel is survived by his mother, Helen Duffy and his step-father, Mike Hall; his sister Natalie and her husband Dave Barron; his nephew Cameron Barron and niece Chloe Barron; his grandmother Helen Authier; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Rick Authier, his nephew Caleb Authier, his uncle Tom Duffy and his paternal grandfather Wayne Authier and his maternal grandparents, Luvern and Clement Duffy.
