Craig Allen Theeler, 75, of Sioux City, IA, passed away surrounded by his family on January 14, 2025.  A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 18 at 11:00 a.m., with a visitation 1 hour prior at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Craig was born on December 9, 1949 in Ida Grove, IA to Robert and Darlene (Janssen) Theeler.  He graduated from Central High School and was united in marriage to Kathleen Rhymer.  Craig worked in construction until he retired and landed his favorite job, driving school children for the Sioux City Transit System.  Craig absolutely loved golfing.  It was one of his greatest joys in life and he cherished his golf friends and the time spent with them.

Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Kathy Theeler; son, Shane (Shelly) Cray; and granddaughter, Brylie Cray; siblings: Robert Theeler, Debra Theeler, Donald Theeler, and Keith Wertanen; and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents and several siblings.
