Clayton "Hubee" F. Hubert

Clayton “Hubee” F. Hubert, 89, of Sioux City, IA, passed away February 10, 2026. A private graveside service will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Clayton was born on December 4, 1936 in Sioux City, IA to Ernest and LouElla (Lethcoe) Hubert. He enlisted into the United States Army and served until he was honorably discharged. He was united in marriage to Lilas Blumer in 2001 in Rapid City, SD. Clayton owned and operated Hubee’s Motorcycle and Snowmobile Service for over 40 years. He enjoyed working on motorcycles and could often be found riding around on his.

Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Lilas Hubert; daughter, Laura (Scott) Day; grandchildren: Marie (Kevin) Boes and Michael Day; stepchildren: Sue (Terry) Rosenbaum, Jack (Jackie) Eastman, Cindy (Troy) Trobaugh, and Diane Robinson; numerous step-grandchildren; and a sister, Claudette Choma; and his niece, Christine Moon and her daughter, Alaska.

He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Eric Hubert; and sister, Ernestine Stowers.
