Cheryl Renea LaCroix

Cheryl Renea LaCroix, 73, of Sioux City, IA, passed away surrounded by her family on March 13, 2026. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 20 at 10:00 a.m., with a visitation 1 hour prior at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City. Burial and graveside service will be at Calvary Cemetery.

Cheryl was born on March 14, 1952 in Sioux City, IA to Roland Still and Joyce Poindexter . She met Arthur LaCroix and they got married on August 3, 1984. They had been together for over 51 years. Cheryl worked as a bartender in Sioux City for many years. She enjoyed collecting knick knacks, going to rummage sales, and gardening.

Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Arthur LaCroix; son, Shawn LaCroix; grandson, Noah LaCroix; brother, Mike Still; sisters: Lori (Greg) Coyle, Jonette DeMey, and Doris (Jim) Conley and several nieces and nephews

She is preceded in death by her parents; a son, Andrew LaCroix; and daughter, Jennifer LaCroix.
