Charles “Chuck” H. Stephenson 76 of Omaha, Ne formally of Sioux City, entered into eternal rest on Monday, May 8, 2017 at his home surrounded by his family, in Omaha, NE.

A Celebration Of Life will be held 1:00pm Saturday, May 13, 2017 at the Church of All Nations, 3100 West Fourth Street, Sioux City, Iowa. Burial will be in Logan Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave.

Chuck was born on June 29, 1940 in Sioux City, Iowa to Mary and Maurice Stephenson
He attended schools in Sioux City, graduating from Central High School in 1958 and went into the family business, Blue Ribbon Buttermilk Company and was the Vice President when the business closed in 1972. He worked for Continental Albums, Inc. until he and Larry Boyles formed American Family Plan, Inc. He retired as President in 2000.

He married JoAnn Bennett on February 22, 1964. They lived in Sioux City, Iowa, River-R-Land Estates in South Dakota and then moved to Omaha, Nebraska.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years JoAnn, a sister-in-law Nancy Burt and many friends and relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary (Mersch) and Maurice Stephenson, his brother, Robert Stephenson, his daughter, Sandra Lynn Stephenson, his in-laws, Gertrude and Paul Barrett and a brother-in-law, Robert Burt.
