Charles Michael (Mike) Klink, 58, of Sioux City, IA passed away March 16, 2020 at his home after a 30 year battle with Multiple Sclerosis. There were no services due to the Corona Virus. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at a later date. Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City is in charge of arrangements.
Mike the son of Charles Roger and Patricia Ellen (Gray) Klink, was born July 5, 1961 at Sheppard AFB, TX. He attended Sioux City public schools. He married Holly Morrow on April 4 th 2002. He lived in Wichita Falls, TX, Piedmont, SD, Tacoma, WA, and Sioux City, IA. Before his illness forced his retirement he worked as the Chief Engineer for Palmer Candy Co.
Mike had a passion for electrical and electronic systems he designed and built a number of electronic robots from old VCR machines. He was an ardent fan of the Chicago Bears and loved Pro football, his dog Jake and his old Cadillac.
Mike is survived by his spouse, Holly Morrow-Klink of Sioux City; two sons: Chad M. Klink of Sioux City and Matthew Spanier (Ashley) of Hinton; five daughters: Charise Godden (Cory); Mindy Morrow-Hernandez (Isidro); Dawn Braddy (Tom) all of Sioux City;
Leslie Fischer (Sebastian) of California; Tina Buxton (Dale) of North Carolina;15 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews: his father Charles R. Klink (Dee) of Deltona, FL; three brothers: Kelly Klink (Janet) of Renner, SD; Logan Klink (Jojie) of Silver Springs, MD; Hans Klink (Jocelyn) of Jacksonville, FL; five sisters: Patty Tendal (Ken) of Whiting; Angeline Bray of Rogers, AR; Farrah Bulecza (John) of Ocoee, FL; Heather J. Klink and Charlyn G. Klink of Deltona, FL.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Patrice Humphrey, his brother, Matthew Scott Klink and his beloved dog Jake.
