Carol Jean Felt, 68, of Sioux City, IA, passed away August 18, 2025. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, Sept 20 at 2:00 p.m. at Dakota Rose, 103 Military Rd, North Sioux City, SD. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.
