Buffy Marie Larson, 66, of Sioux City passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2015, surround by her family and friends. She fought a courageous battle with cancer.

Buffy was born January 27, 1949 in San Francisco, California was the daughter of Roman and Margret Bigongiari. She attended St. Emydius Catholic High School in California, graduated in 1967. Buffy and her son Michel lived in California until 1975.
Buffy moved to Sioux City in 1975 where she meet Richard Larson and they united into marriage on December 15, 1978. Buffy worked in Sioux City with underprivileged adults and children and more recently at Four Seasons Health Club.
Buffy enjoyed interior decorating, cross word puzzles and watching Law & Order. Buffy also loved to go to concert events where Rock and Roll was played.
Buffy is survived by her husband Richard Larson and one son, Michel Bigongiari of Hawaii.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Michael Bigongiari.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to Noah’s Hope Animal Rescue in Sioux City or Hospice of Siouxland.
