Brian Anders Nixon, age 66, passed away peacefully of natural causes on Thursday,February 5, 2026, in Moville, Iowa. He was born on October 30, 1959, in Omaha, Nebraska.No services will be held at this time. 

Brian dedicated the first chapter of his working life to caring for others. He built a career in healthcare, serving as a cardiopulmonary therapist, an EMT, and later as a registered nurse. His work reflected a deep sense of responsibility, compassion, and calm under pressure—qualities that defined him both professionally and personally. 

Never one to stand still, Brian later followed his lifelong passion for automobiles into a second career. He founded his own business, Motorville, where he worked as a used car dealer and operated a paint and body shop. Through Motorville, Brian combined hands-on skill, mechanical knowledge, and an entrepreneurial spirit, earning the respect of customers and friends alike.

Brian is survived by his two sons, Jimmi Nixon and Zach Nixon, who were the pride of his life. He is also survived by his faithful companion, Jax, his dog, who rarely left his side.

Brian will be remembered for his work ethic, his independence, his love of cars, and his devotion to his family. His presence will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.
