Brandee Jean (Schoen) Bruce, 41 of Sioux City, IA, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2015 sorrounded by her family.

Services will be held 11:00am Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City,4125 Orleans Ave. Visitation will be held 9:00am Tuesday, June 30, 2015 until service time at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Brandee was born September 9, 1973 to Tammy (Keleher) Gardner in Sioux City, IA. Brandee moved to Arizona where she attended high school. She later moved to California where she met the love of her life John Bruce.Brandee and John were united in marriage July 6th 1995 they resided in California were they raised their three children until moving back to Sioux City in 2011.

Brandee loved life, loved spending time with her beautiful children, going to the beach, reading a good book and spending time with her family and friends. Brandee was truly a selfless person.

Those left to honor her memory include her husband John, her son Christian Bruce of Sioux City; daughters Kirsten Bruce of Washington, Britnee and Jennessa Bruce of Sioux City,IA; mothers Tammy Gardner of Moville, IA, Florence Schoen of Sioux City,IA; step-father Dennis Gardner; six sisters Kathy (Roger) Erickson of Lawton, IA, Annie Arreaga of Sioux City, Betsy Torres of Parker, CO, Charity (Jim) Gebel of Moville, IA, Trish (Ryan) Buckholtz of Sgt. Bluff, IA, Ashton Gardner of Moville, IA; five brothers Mike (Judy) Schoen of Merrill, IA, Henry (Shawna) Schoen Wichita, KS, Albert (Kelly) Schoen of Kingsley, IA, Jeff (Sue) Schoen of Sloan, IA, David (Tommi) Gardner of Merrill, IA; step-brother Terry (Rachael) Gardner of Sioux City, IA; grandmother Marilla Keleher of Lawton, IA and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and very close friends.

She is preceded in death by her father; Donald Schoen; father Terry Schoen; grandfather Joe Keleher, and one nephew Justin Erickson.
