Barbara Sue Roth, 68, of Sioux City, IA, passed away surrounded by her family on April 16, 2024.  A memorial visitation will be held Friday, April 26th from 4-7:00 p.m. at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Barb was born on June 15, 1955, in Manning, IA to Alvin and Betty (Wunschel) Roth.  She graduated from Wall Lake High School.  After high school, she owned and operated H & S Variety Craft Store in Wall Lake.  After moving to Sioux City, she then began her career at Pech Optical.  Barb was a strong woman who worked up until the end after 28 years of employment.  Barb enjoyed crafting, gardening, houseplants and flowers.  She especially loved spending time with her family and going to her grandchildren's sporting events.

Those left to honor her memory include her son, Stuart (Marisa) Roth; mother, Betty Roth; grandchildren: Hillary Ullrich, Gaige Roth, and Paisley Roth; sister, Lynette Blum; and brother, Kevin Roth.

She is preceded in death by her father, Alvin; and brothers: LaRoy and Gary Roth.
