Barbara K. Foster, 58 of Sioux City, IA passed away Monday, February 24, 2020.

Funeral Services will be held 11 am Monday, March 2, 2020 at Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City, 4125 Orleans Ave. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held  Sunday, March 1, 2020 from 4-7 pm at the funeral home.

Barbara was born on October 29, 1961 in Sioux City, the daughter of Donald and Sandra (Ferrel) Church. She attended school in Jefferson, South Dakota. On June 23, 1979, Barbara was united in marriage to Timothy Foster. They lived in North Sioux City, McCook Lake and then on the west side until 1997 when they moved to Riverside. During 2004 she moved to Arkansas and later back to Sioux City.

She worked for a time at the Humane Society and at the laundry mat on the Westside of town. She also held various jobs in the area. Barbara enjoyed the outdoors, especially camping. She loved doing puzzles and crocheting.

Barbara is survived by her son Kevin (Cassandra) Foster of Sergeant Bluff, daughter Christeena Marchand of Sioux City, 8 grandchildren, Dominic Marchand, Draven Foster, Brianna Marchand, Zander Foster, Annabelle Foster, Kevin Foster, Jr., Miles Foster and Maxxton Anderson, 5 brothers, Dale (Cara) Church, Richard Fredericksen, Matthew (Stephen) Fredericksen, Daniel Fredericksen, all of Sioux City, and Lee Fredericksen of North Sioux City, South Dakota, one sister Terrie Lynn Kubly of Sioux City, other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one grandson, Malachi Foster.
