Ardis Jean Bosteder, 64, of Sioux City, IA, passed away January 7, 2024, at a local care center.  A cremation has taken place and services will be held at a later date.  Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Ardis was born on April 8, 1959, in Sioux City, IA to Freeman and Darlene (DeForest) Bursell. She enjoyed baking, fishing, camping, shopping, hanging out with friends, eating Little Debbie snack cakes, and her dogs.

Those left to honor her memory include her siblings: Mary Haugen, Carolyn Nelson, Raymond Bursell, and Edward Bursell.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Armond Benjamin and Kenny Bursell; and a sister, Patricia Dreesen.
