Anthony L. "Tony" Lukken, 43 of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa passed away Saturday, January 31, 2026 at Unity-Point St. Lukes after a courageous battle with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

Services will be held 11 am Friday, February 6, 2026 at the Community United Methodist Church, 101 Baker Road, Sergeant Bluff, with Rev. Cindi Prather officiating. Visitation will be held 5-7 pm Thursday at the church with the family present.

Anthony Lee Lukken was born on January 5, 1983 in Sioux City, the son of Brad and Lori (Dimick) Lukken. He graduated from the Sergeant Bluff High School and later took numerous online college courses in Computer Science.

Tony is survived by his parents, Brad and Lori Lukken of Sergeant Bluff and his sister, Emily Lukken of Seattle, Washington, his paternal grandmother, Dorothy Becker of Okabena, Minnesota and several very special aunts and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his brother, William "Billy" Lukken, his maternal grandparents Douglas and Elaine Dimick and his paternal grandfather, Darrell Lukken.

The family would like to give their sincerest thanks to Unity Point-St. Luke's Hospital and Home Medical services, Family First Home Care and his friends in the community that helped support him through his life journey.
