Anna Karras, age 62, of Sioux City died Wednesday February 1, 2012 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held on Monday February 6, 2011 at 11:00am from Trimble United Methodist Church in Sioux City with Rev. Martha Anderson officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Monday at the church.
Anna was born November 20, 1949 in Sioux City to Howard and Clara (Merchant) Karras, Sr. From 1949 to 1975 she lived in Sioux City with her family and attended Lowell, Hopkins, New Hope, and Goodwill Schools. 1975-1985 Anna lived in Long Beach, California with her family. She attended an activity school in California. 1985 to present Anna lived in Sioux City at home with her mother and father and attended Waco for a brief time.
Anna enjoyed Elvis movies and music, liked to dance when she was younger, cutting her magazines, and loved to eat whoppers and circus peanut candy.
Survivors include her father Howard Karras, sisters Patricia Hodgins and her husband Tim, Christine Yarte, and nieces and nephews.
Anna was preceded in death by her mother Clara Karras and her brother Howard Karras, Jr.
