Anna V. Edgington- Cable 90, of Sioux City, Iowa passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020. Graveside services will be held 2:00pm Monday, January 4, 2021 in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1-3pm Saturday, January 2, 2021 at the Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City; 4125 Orleans Ave.

Anna V. Edgington- Cable was born September 28, 1930 in Mapleton, Iowa the daughter of Ernest and Stella (Fuller) Jackson. Anna grew up in Sioux City and graduated from East High School. She married Howard Edgington in 1949, he later passed in 1979. Anna married Duane Cable in 1982. She primarily worked at  Windcharger (later known as Zenith) and Palmer’s Candy.

She enjoyed crocheting. Anna was one of a kind; all the neighborhood kids would call her grandma, where ever she lived.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Terry (Sandy) Edgington of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, daughter, Suzanne (Pete) Strom of Sioux City, IA., four grandchildren, Tiffany Strom, Petrina Breelove, David Edgington, Kimberly Dempsey, and four great grandchildren.

Anna is preceded in death by her parents, and both of her husbands, Howard and Duane,  three brothers, Clyde, John, and Earl Jackson, and three sisters, Della Edwards, Ruth Jackson, and Mary Means.
