Anita M. Lenzen, 66 of Sioux City, Iowa passed away unexpectedly from a brief illness, January 19, 2023, at a local hospital. Services will be held from 4:00-7:00pm Thursday, January 26, 2023, at the Waterbury Funeral Service of Sioux City.

Anita Marie Frigge was born August 12, 1956, in Sioux City, Iowa the daughter of Roman and Patricia (Montgomery) Frigge. She attended and graduated from East High school and went on to further her education at WITCC. She earned a Bachelor Science of Nursing Degree. Anita worked as a registered nurse for 30 plus years. Anita worked as a DON and a RN at a couple of local nursing home facilities. Anita took great pride in being a registered nurse! She put a smile on many people and residents faces. She had a huge heart.

She loved camping, fishing, music, Coca-Cola and movies. She loved all of her children, grandbabies, friends and her dog Jaxon. Anita was a strong, witty, kind, loving women. Her untimely passing comes as a complete shock. She will be missed more than any words can express. God gained another Angel.

Anita is survived by her three daughters, Angela Jacobs, Jessica (Billy) Jaques, Amanda (William) Curtis; bonus daughter Brittney (Rob) Lenzen, bonus son Nathan (Shameka) Lenzen; granddaughter Morgan; three grandsons James, Dustin, and DaRyeus; two bonus granddaughters Maleya, Arazona, and two bonus grandsons Maxston and Mason; siblings Cleo Hilts, Patricia Frigge Collins, Garrett Frigge.

She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter Ashley Jaques and a brother Roman Frigge.
